Welcome to LiveEV. These Terms of Service explain how you may use the LiveEV website, app, and related services.
What LiveEV does. LiveEV helps users discover electric vehicle charging stations and related information such as location, connector type, charging power, prices, and availability.
Third-party chargers. LiveEV does not own or operate any chargers shown in the app. Charging stations, access rules, prices, maintenance, safety, and charging services are controlled by their respective operators or location partners.
Data accuracy and pricing. Charger data and prices are guidance only and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. A charger shown as available may become occupied, disconnected, inaccessible, or out of service before you arrive.
Safe use. LiveEV is not an emergency service. Do not rely on the app as your only source for critical trip planning. Always keep enough battery reserve to reach another charger or safe location.
User reports. If you submit charger corrections, feedback, photos, or other content, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. We may review, edit, reject, or remove submitted content.
No affiliation. Operator names, station names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in LiveEV does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless clearly stated.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveEV is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, failed charging sessions, incorrect data, unavailable chargers, route decisions, parking issues, or fees caused by your use of the service.

ماذا يقدم LiveEV. يساعد LiveEV المستخدمين على اكتشاف محطات شحن السيارات الكهربائية ومعلومات مثل الموقع، نوع منفذ الشحن، قدرة الشحن، الأسعار، وحالة الشاحن.
شواحن تابعة لأطراف ثالثة. LiveEV لا يملك ولا يشغّل أي شاحن معروض في التطبيق. الشواحن وقواعد الوصول والأسعار والصيانة والسلامة تخضع للمشغّلين أو شركاء المواقع.
دقة البيانات والأسعار. بيانات الشواحن والأسعار إرشادية وقد تكون متأخرة أو ناقصة أو غير صحيحة. الشاحن المعروض كمتاح قد يصبح مشغولاً أو غير متصل أو غير قابل للوصول قبل وصولك.
الاستخدام الآمن. LiveEV ليس خدمة طوارئ. لا تعتمد عليه كمصدر وحيد للرحلات المهمة، واحرص دائماً على وجود شحن كافٍ للوصول إلى شاحن بديل أو مكان آمن.
بلاغات المستخدمين. إذا أرسلت تصحيحات أو ملاحظات أو صوراً، فأنت تؤكد أن المعلومات صحيحة قدر معرفتك وأن لديك الحق في مشاركتها. يجوز لنا مراجعة أو تعديل أو رفض أو إزالة المحتوى.
عدم الانتماء. أسماء المشغّلين والمحطات والشعارات والعلامات التجارية مملوكة لأصحابها. ظهورها في LiveEV لا يعني موافقة أو شراكة ما لم يُذكر ذلك بوضوح.
حدود المسؤولية. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمل LiveEV المسؤولية عن خسائر أو أضرار أو تأخير أو فشل جلسات الشحن أو بيانات غير صحيحة أو قرارات طريق أو رسوم ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة.
